Directors, we are able to select the appropriate contractors for your particular
project. The number of Counselors depends upon the requirements of the
particular assignment. Some of the contractor functions are:

- Senior Counselors/Monitors
- Junior Counselors/Monitors

- Psychologists (Organizational Analysis)
- Other Consultants
In addition to experienced consultants, ECR also offers
turnkey solutions for each program. Our goal is to accomplish the
purpose of the program and then transition out, leaving a much
healthier organization. While these are specialized professional
