There are times when an organization has to
inquire into whether there is an internal organizational problem, its extent and
the best corrective methods. ECR offers a number of creative approaches to
organizations needing problem identification and resolution solutions. Our
programs all have a common theme - working with and through an organization's
management and employees/members to reestablish a healthier organization. This
is accomplished by the prompt identification of organization problems for their
early resolution.
Employee Concerns Resources, Inc. is a service company
that has modified a proven program for new applications. It has
taken a successful program model now utilized in virtually all nuclear
power companies and modified it to facilitate employee resolution and
problem monitoring for any organization. The purposes and benefits
vary with the application and its purpose.
There are four basic programs. Each has
the same core elements – outreach techniques, concerns and information
from employees, independent Counselors/Monitors, confidentiality and
feedback. These core elements enable the program to obtain a high
degree of quantitative and qualitative information – the hallmark of
these programs, which are based on experience from traditional
Employee Concerns Programs. The programs vary in a number of ways,
depending on the purpose of the program and how it is structured.
The programs are:
- Employee Concerns Program (ECP)
- Open Communications Program (OCP)
- Board Open Communications Program (BOCP)
- Court Ordered Monitoring Program (COMP)
In addition to experienced consultants, ECR also offers
turnkey solutions for each program. Our goal is to accomplish the
purpose of the program and then transition out, leaving a much
