ECP

Employee Concerns Program.  A method to increase internal communication by offering employees an alternate and confidential method to express their “concerns” when traditional means are insufficient.  Problems are found early for prompt and independent examination and resolution without fear of retaliation. Reduces whistleblowing since problems are resolved internally.

OCP

Open Communications Program.  A method  used by management to provide answers relating to its culture, morale or condition; emphasis on organizational analysis and conflict resolution methods.

 * Management tool for analysis of its organization, culture and employee/workplace problems

 * Gives organization feedback and problem resolution 
 

BOCP

Board Open Communications Program.  A method for Boards of Directors to monitor for corporate governance. A smaller scale version of the OCM that enables the early identification of problems through various levels of management and their resolution by Senior Management.

COMP

Court Ordered Monitoring Program.  A method used by a court, regulatory agency or litigant to monitor a condition or issues under contention in legal/regulatory process through its employees/workers.

 * Provides useful information from an organization’s employees  

* Monitoring a matter prior to, or as part of, an Order
